Open for operation

The Open Space head office is located conveniently in the business hub of Singapore. It commenced operation in the United Kingdom in 2007, delivering high energy, high impact programs and conferences/off-sites to a range of clients across the corporate landscape. Many of our valued clients are in the banking/finance and professional services space.

We are available for engagement across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Our clients can expect interactive and memorable experiences, which ultimately impact and behaviours and results. Consultative design, research and development of tailor-made programs are our commitment and are critical for success.

Who

The director of The Open Space, Kate Lascelles, worked initially in Australia and then pioneered the Asian operations for a reputable training company in Singapore, before establishing the Open Space. As a facilitator Kate has trained and developed teams throughout Asia, the UK, Europe, Latin America and Australia/New Zealand. From graduate level training through to 1:1 coaching of senior executives, Kate's positive client feedback and successes have been consistent.

Style

From design through to delivery, the engagement with her clients is interactive, dynamic and business focused. Kate brings a background in account management, sales, education and dramatic arts. Her aim is to constantly strive to exceed clients' expectations whilst delivering a meaningful experience for each individual.
